The three modular home parks are beautiful, conveniently located and well managed with low vacancy rates. We’d love to hear from you if you seek a relaxing rural lifestyle as homes do come on the market periodically and as new sites are in the process of being developed.

You do not need to be a Leq’á:mel First Nation Member to own a home and rent a site.
Prospective owners are required to complete an application form before purchasing a home in a park and to always connect with the Modular Park Coordinator to familiarize themselves with the park rules /policies as well as review a tenancy agreement and emergency contacts prior. Tenants are advised to check the park bulletin boards at each entrance about maintenance and social media posts.
